Here's Our Booking Policy, Terms & Conditions:
In the following policies, terms & conditions “the photographer” shall mean Justin Wright, J.WrightSnapped Photography and iWrightHits Productions, LLC. “The clients” shall be those persons defined as individuals requesting or purchasing services from the photographer. Services may also be referred to appointments, bookings, packages or sessions. These terms & conditions cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless such conditions are expressly agreed to by the photographer in writing.
POLICIES:
Normal processing times for all work is approximately 7-14 Business Days, pending our current workload. Please note the description states "APPROXIMATE." That means the delivery times are not exact. They are a rough estimation and varies pending the current workload, at that time. Therefore, if there is an increase in workload, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We encourage you book your session with (2) weeks to spare. That processing time normally starts at the date of your session. However, if you prolong the process of selecting your photos, it starts at the date that you select the photos you request to be edited. Again, the day that you select the photos you would like to be retouched | edited, is when the photo processing time begins, if you delay your selection longer than 2 weeks..
As it pertains to the level of cleanliness during and after a session, we do not except perfection. However, we do ask that you be responsible and clean up after yourselves, during and after a session. Additional time for clean up, will not be provided, without an additional fee. This is why we ask that you keep things tidy, during your session. Being unreasonably dirty and not cleaning up after yourself, and your guests, will result in a cleaning fee of $250. This fee will be required to be paid, in full, before you receive any form of the photos from your session, I.e. proofs or final retouched photos. Failure to comply with either requests, may result in your photos being permanently discarded. And, you being blocked from booking any future services. Thank you for understanding and complying with our requests.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By securing your session | appointments, with a deposit or the full payment, you are agreeing to these terms. Therefore, all payments for any services will be forfeited in all circumstances including reschedules and cancelations. Also, we do not carry balances. Therefore, you will not be allowed to come back, at a later date with the expectation of using your previous payment, if you missed your appointment. However, the photographer does reserve the right to consider refunding the balance of the full payment, after the deduction of the deposit, in matters of cancelations at the verbally expressed fault of the photographer (by the photographer), inclement weather, natural disasters, etc.
If you are in need of rescheduling your appointment | session, there must be notification, of at least 24-Hrs prior to your appointment. If there is no notification prior to the required time, you will be considered a "No-Show Risk." No-Show Risk clients will not be allowed to book any future services with us. Only ( 1 ) reschedule will be permitted. Any rescheduling thereafter, will require a 20% rebooking fee, only after the full payment is made. And, the rescheduled date must be within 60-days from the original date that the payment was made to secure your original session. If you cancel your appointment | session, at any time prior to the 24-Hrs of your booked session, you are able to book another session. But, your payment will be retained. If you cancel your appointment | session, less than 24-Hrs prior, you will be labeled as a No-Show Risk and your payment retained.
Your appointment | session will not be considered secured or booked unless a payment is made. If a deposit was made, the remaining balance must be paid ( 3 ) days prior to your appointment | session. Unless, otherwise stated within the details of a specific service | package, i.e. wedding services, where the remaining balance is due ( 7 ) days prior to the date of the wedding.
Late fees are applicable to ALL appointments | sessions. Late fees are applied at the rate of $25/15min, with no exceptions. Payment of any late fee must be made, or you will not receive your photos, until you have done so. Your session begins at the start of your scheduled appointment | session time, NOT WHEN YOU ARRIVE (unless given the expressed approval by the photographer)! When you are late, you limit the amount of time to fulfill the requested services. Preparations for your appointment | session, i.e. hair, make-up (if done at the studio), set building etc., is included within the time of your session, not before. So you must keep in mind, that time spent during the session for preparation is less time spent shooting during the session. You may purchase additional time, if the schedule permits it.
Retouched photos are watermarked with our company logo. Additional fees applies to remove the watermark.

This package is tailored for business owners who desire to showcase their products with models included.
For DEPOSIT ONLY requests complete a Photoshoot Inquiry Form on our website’s “Contact” page at www.jwrightsnapped.com. Any approval of a deposit request, requires partial payment upfront. And, the remaining balance due (3) days prior to the session. If the balance is not paid by (3) days prior, the session will be canceled and no refund given.
All Custom Orders Must Require An Invoice To Receive Payment

The services that you request might include Hi-Def unedited photos. Or you may request to purchase them, if they are not included. We ask that you do not permanently post any unedited photos anywhere, including social media or any physical publication, without our expressed verbal or written permission. However, we permit clients to post unedited photos to their "stories," on their social media platforms, where the photo will be temporally posted for a 24-Hr period, then automatically deleted.
When you make any post, including the retouched | edited photos and the unedited photos, credit our work by tagging us in the post. We work hard at what we do. And, we hope that you appreciate our services by crediting us when you post the finished product.
Copyright and License:
The copyright, to all work, remains with the photographer. Unless, you have requested and purchased the copyright to the photos or video and have received a signed contract transferring the copyrights to you, as the client. A license may be granted to the client, allowing the client to print or reproduce the photos, if doing so through another printing company.
Disclaimer:
While we strive to ensure that the information on all tools used by us are consistent throughout, mistakes do happen. Therefore, this disclaimer is to state that the aforementioned polices, terms and conditions, supersedes any other polices, terms and conditions listed on any tools that we use to provide our services. This is a legal notice that will be used against any disputes made against the photographer. And, the client agrees to these terms, when they make a payment to secure services from the photographer. The photographer accepts no liability for any failure to comply with this agreement, where such a failure is due to circumstances beyond the control of the photographer.
